Town Clerk’s Office
The Town of Utica's Municipal Clerk is a Board appointed position. The Town Clerk is responsible for all Official Records for the City. She preserves the Municipal Minutes, Ordinances, and all permanent records including contracts, orders, resolutions and public hearings. The City Clerk is responsible for Voter Registration, Elections, Purchasing, Payroll and Personnel Records. The City Clerk serves as auditor of the Municipality and keeps financial records in accordance to the Office of the State Auditor.

Call (601-885-8718) or see the City Clerk at the Utica Town Hall, 110 White Oak Street, by 2:00 p.m. on the Friday before the scheduled Board Meeting.
Upon reaching the age of 18, you may register to vote at Utica Town Hall, Monday-Friday, from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. If you wish to receive a registration card the same day you register to vote, you must go to the Hinds County Court House in Raymond. For more information, call (601) 885-8718.
